Laneige is one of my fave Korean skin care brand ever since I tried their Snow BB Cream. Laneige products are not as affordable like Etude House, Tony Moly, etc. but based on reviews, it’s one of best Korean brand especially when it comes to skin care. So when my friend Czjai held a pre-order when she went to Seoul a few months ago, I ordered the Perfect Renew line which I will review on my succeeding post.
Maybelline Creamy Matte Lipstick in Touch of Spice
I was at SM Mall of Asia yesterday and I passed by the beauty section, and ladies, you know what happened next. *wink* It’s a lippie swatch fest for me whenever I’m in the make-up section and I swatched the new Maybelline Creamy Matte Lipsticks. I said I won’t buy another lipstick until I finished a tube but this changed my mind.
Etude House Sugar Tint Balm in Pink Macaron – a review
This lip balm girl found another product to love, it’s the Etude House Sugar Tint Balm in Pink Macaron. It’s a balm and tint that gives moisture and color to your lips.
Kojie San Kojic Acid and Dream White soaps – a review
I think my skin is getting immune on my current whitening soaps that’s why I need to switch brands. Here’s a story on why I discovered Kojie San Kojic Acid soap. I noticed that our helper’s skin lightened, she has been with us for just around 3 months. She’s from the province and her skin is not that fair. So I was surprised that her skin lightened, of course, I have to ask her what soap she uses. She said Kojie San Kojic Acid Soap. I then bought Kojie San soaps come the next day because it’s already proven effective by our helper, :p

Laneige Snow BB Cream – a review
Part of my beauty haul in HK is this Laneige Snow BB Cream SPF 42/PA++ in #2 Natural. I always pass by the Laneige store which is just around the vicinity of our hotel and one night, the staff volunteered to test the BB cream on me. I’m not fair-skinned so I got hopeless in finding BB creams that will match my skin tone. So anyway, I was told that Laneige Snow BB Cream only has 2 shades: #1 Brightening and #2 Natural. The staff both tested the 2 shades and suggested that Natural looks best for my skin tone (as expected :p).
I was easily convinced so I walked out of the store with a new BB cream. It is priced at HKD 260 (around Php 1,300++ when converted), I inquired at Laneige in Trinoma and it’s around Php 1,700.
