Look who’s going to socialize in Facebook? The Sims Social will be launching soon on Facebook. Move out Farmville,, Cityville, Yoville and the likes. Honestly, I’m a Sims junkie and this is my secret diet back in college, I would sit in front of the computer for hours playing The Sims without eating, that’s why I’m thin! I never played any Facebook games since Restaurant City and Farmville, but The Sims Social will pull me back to my old habit.

I’m satisfied with Mommy Rubz’s services because she helped me thought the baby steps of blogging, hosting and other things a newbie blogger needs to know. She assisted me in migrating from Blogspot to WordPress blog. And since I was able to grasp some tips on setting up new blogs and buying new domains, I decided to try getting a new web host which is Blue Host. I chose this after reading different webhosting reviews and taking into consideration what I really need from a hosting service.

I just love the new site I discovered, it’s Looklet.com. If you’re familiar with Polyvore wherein you can select and combine clothes, accessories, shoes and bags, well, Looklet is better because you can see the outfit worn by a model. The first time I tried making new looks at the site, it took me hours because I was drooling at the designer labels available. It’s a fashionista’s haven because you can check out if a particular looks work for you before wearing it in real-life. So far, I made 3 looks:
Aside from being a blogger, I’m also an online seller at Multiply, in fact, I’m enjoying this sideline for 2 years now. I get to do things I love which is to shop and do crafts like beading. Earning from it is just an added bonus as well as gaining friends along the way. Maintaining an online shop is quite a task, I have to check everyday for inquiries, post blogs and ads about new products, update my clients for the status of their orders, checking if they have received the items in good condition, etc… Aside from the online inquiries, I also get inquiries and orders thru text messages even in the wee hours of the morning. That’s the beauty of online shopping, you can shop 24/7 at the convenience of your own home and with only just a few clicks.
So how can the buyers inform me with their orders? Well, it’s with the use of Online Order Forms that makes things easier. There are free HTML generators out there such as Wufoo.com or Freedback.com which I currently use that automatically sends an order form to my email address whenever a buyer submits one. After receiving dozens of request to join other Facebook games, I’ve been loyal to Restaurant City for months. I got intrigued with Farm Town for a moment but I don’t find the graphics appealing. Since Farm Town, various farm-themed games sprouted, one of them is Farmville. I like Farmville’s interface more than Farm Town’s so I got comfortable playing with it. I think the Farm Ville game is best suited for younger users like kids and teens, this game can get pretty boring. I just started playing this as past time and whenever Restaurant City is down for maintenance. Just in case you’re interested what my hacienda in Farm Ville looks like….
See, some of it are still unplowed. I’ll catch up with this game these days. For now, I’m still hooked with RC, which reminds me I need to change my Restaurant City layout. See you in Facebook!
