In our previous Singapore trip, we were able to taste Roti Prata at a hawker center for our breakfast. Locals fall in line just to get their prata fix too. Here in Manila, I don’t know where to eat prata should my taste buds crave for it. But I had an ala-eueka moment at the grocery the other day, I was looking for kani at the frozen section when I saw a frozen prata, Spring Home Roti Paratha.
I cooked it earlier in a nonstick pan, I made it a bit crunchy and Jeff liked it. We just smothered a lot of butter while hot. We don’t have the curry sauce like the one in Singapore though.
Now, I can add some variety to our usual breakfast during weekends of fried rice or tuna spaghetti. How about you guys, what are your usual breakfasts?
Ummm! Wish I could dive into my screen to taste that paratha!
