Leisure 18 Slimming Coffee is one slimming beverage that piqued my curiosity thus made me buy a box to try it out. Since college, I veered away from slimming teas and the likes because the ones I’ve tried before just made me do frequent trips to the comfort room and triggered my hyperacidity.
Last year, I really gained weight and most of the bulges concentrated on my hips, butt and thigh. I wasn’t able to exercise unlike before when I got to participate on running events. My friend, Hazel of Veruca, who’s also my supplier of Cyleina soaps, only has positive reviews about Leisure 18 that’s why I got interested. Leisure 18 Slimming Coffee won’t give you undesirable side effects like diarrhea, palpitations and dizziness. I bought one box from her for Php 220 which contains 18 sachets, good for 18 days.

The coffee tastes bland, and honestly I can’t consume it alone so I added more Nescafe 3-in-1 for flavor and color.

As per the instruction, I take it before breakfast, or in my case, before going to work because I get to have my brunch when I arrive at the office. I already experienced the effect on the first day, I lost my appetite which is very very rare, but I still forced to eat my brunch but didn’t finish the whole serving since I felt full unexpectedly. Throughout the day, I don’t have any food cravings even when it’s already snack time. I just grabbed some crackers and soda just so I can eat something but I really don’t feel hungry the rest of the day. What I really love about it is that I completely forgot about my chocolates addiction, even when faced with chocolates and junk foods at the grocery, nothing seem to tickle my taste buds.
I feel really thirsty the whole day though, but I think it’s also good because I get to increase my water intake. I think the coffee has high caffeine content because there are some nights that I’m still awake at 3 am, not good for students and people who must get up early.
As for other side effects, I did experience dizziness and slight palpitations on my first week. But I guess it’s manageable and continued drinking this for 7 straight days. Unfortunately, I got sick the week after my “slimming coffee week” so I decided to stop drinking it until I get well. The second “slimming coffee week” was a better experience for me because no palpitations and dizziness this time. Of course, different strokes for different folks right? Did I lose weight? YES! After only consuming 7 sachets, Jeff noticed my uber-huge-thighs got smaller. I became confident wearing leggings too! My pants got a little looser and my tummy got smaller. I still have few sachets left because I’m not drinking it for 18 straight days. I’m just taking it weekly, then the week after that. I still get results so I’m satisfied and comfortable with this routine.

palpitation is a sign of too much drinking caffeine, i think you should increase water intake to flush the excess caffeine, another is, if you are drinking this coffee better stop drinking such caffeinated drinks like, C2, coke, pepsi and tea.

You can drink this only once per day. If you still want to enjoy coffee in the afternoon, you can drink your regular favorite coffee. The effects are the same for men and women.

hi! i just wanna ask something. actually, it’s my 4th day today na mag take ng leisure 18 slimming coffee..so far maganda nmn ang effect nia. my mom said, parang lumiit daw ng konti ung tummy ko. i’m not that fat pero sa height ko na 5 flat, ang chubby ko tignan, mejo malaki din kc ung arms ko. i searched this coffee on the net and i found it more appealing compared to other slimming coffees dahil sa dami ng positive testimonials n nabasa ko. i haven’t experienced palpitation and headache na sinabi nila sa testi..mejo uhaw lng ako plagi so I always drink a lot of water, which is good, I think. going back to my concern, have u also experienced having goosebumps all over your body once you take this coffee? when i went home to PI last april, I was surprised to see my sis- in law so slim. She told me it’s because of the Leisure 18 slimming coffee. I tried drinking it..I really lost my appetite, i would feel hungry but can’t eat much and lost my cravings too. I would drink a lot of water and pee a lot at the same time, which is ok. I have noticed that i feel lighter and some of my pants and blouses are loose already. when i weighed I didn’t lost that much pounds but I can see my self thinner on my sides. BUT, i was drinking this after eating breakfast. When I read the instructions again I should have drank it before the first meal of the day so now, I’m drinking it every morning. The effect is the same but, eating is lesser. I haven’t weighed yet, i want to check after a week of drinking before breakfast.I’ll update again after 2 weeks. ciao!

My Aunt brought me a box from the PI…I’m a big guy and before taking this coffee I was almost at 190lbs… Now that i just finished the box I weighed myself to find out that I have lost almost 20lbs! I am now at 172lbs! This really works.. During the first couple of days I too felt dizzy, extremely thirsty and had palpitations which Are normal side effects. But after i got through that everything seems to be fine. I had no problems with being up all night or anything. I guess what also helped with the weight loss is the fact that I had just purchased a dog and I walk him at least twice a day. If you really want to see results I suggest you exercise as well while taking this coffee even if its just walking. Worked for me! I have an ovarian cyst operation (I only have my right ovary left) last june 2010 and It is one year already..
