First taste of okonomiyaki at Dohtonbori Philippines

I love Japanese food and I will never tire of my sushi, ramen, and takoyaki. When Dohtonbori Philippines opened its second branch in SM North Edsa, I got curious with their okonomiyaki. We decided to give it a try one weekend at their SM North Edsa branch, luckily, we arrived early just before people started to line up in time for lunch.

Four Seasons Buffet and Hotpot Cubao: The best buffet in QC!

Four Seasons Buffet and Hotpot in Manhattan Parkview Cubao opened its doors to the public late last year. Last November, which was Jeff’s and my birth month, I was invited to sample their vast offerings during lunch. We were never really a fan of hotpot restaurants before but we gave this a try since Four Seasons Buffet and Hotpot in Cubao  features 60% menu from Vikings Luxury Buffet and 40% menu from Four Seasons Hotpot City in Mall of Asia. This unique feature is what makes Four Seasons the best buffet restaurant in Quezon City.

Birthday dinner at Maisen SM North Edsa

I can’t keep up with so many new restos popping up lately. As they say, so many restos, so little time, and just one tummy to fill. Whenever we’re in SM North Edsa, we usually eat at the usual places. But when I saw Maisen, I knew that I had to try this, I’m just waiting for a special occasion. Finally, my birthday came and it’s a Maisen dinner for us.

Maisen is one of the finest tonkatsu restaurant in Japan and Ben Chan brought it here in Manila. The facade is really warm and inviting.
