The landmark of Kuala Lumpur is the Petronas Twin Towers or Menara Petronas in Malay. It was the tallest building in the world between 1998 to 2004.
Part of the Malaysia trip is a free day tour around Kuala Lumpur and visiting the Petronas Towers is part of the itinerary. We also had lunch inside Suria KLCC and just window shopped inside Uniqlo.
We weren’t able to go to the skybridge though, and even if they go there, I’m too afraid to go up. Reminds me of the 911 event, I got scared that planes might crash on these towers too but tour guide assured us that planes are equipped with state-of-the-art aviation GPS.
And please forgive my crappy photo, this is one thing I miss when traveling with my husband, I don’t have a photographer… 🙁
Wish I can see the Petronas Towers for myself too soon. I’ve been amazed by skyscrapers.. 🙂 Btw, don’t worry ’cause the photo is nice 😉

Nice pic! 🙂 You should have asked people there to take a photo of you as this is a great photo op. My only photo op on was on a crappy cellphone in which the tower couldn’t fit. lol 🙂

It is very nice in the bridge. One of the coolest experience we had is when we rode the elevator it is really really fast! Nakaka bilib! Napa ka cool din ng view from the bridge!

Seeing the Petronas Twin Towers is another item on my bucket list. *sigh*
(BTW, for some weird reason, whenever I look at the top of the towers on your photo, I get dizzy, parang nalulula. LOL Kalokah)

I find the tower itself overrated, I’d rather got to the wonderful aquarium.

I haven’t been to Malaysia, but it is not really one of my must-see places.. I can swing by the place if I am in SG, but I heard there’s not much to see in Malaysia. 😀
