I’ve been hearing about Silantro Fil-Mex Cantina among my friends but even if I’m so curious about it, it took me almost a year to visit one of their branches. We went to their newest branch in ATC Corporate Center, we came in hungry for dinner. We almost chose another restaurant because of the queue but we stayed. I believe that if people are willing to line up and wait for the food, then it must be that good.

It’s already past 9 pm and the place is still jam-packed.
The place has that industrial feel to it. With all the people dining here, I think they should make their place bigger.
Anyway, we ordered Grilled Porkchop and Silantro’s Pork Ribs.

Grilled Porkchop (2 pcs), Php 210
We were surprised because Jeff’s order came with 2 hefty porkchops. Normally, 1 slice is enough for him. But their porkchops were flavorful Jeff managed to finish off his plate.

Silantro’s Pork Ribs, Php 310
The Pork Ribs are soft, juicy, and flavorful. I like this over the Grilled Porkchops.
The main courses and other dishes are already flavorful that’s why you don’t need any sauces.
But in case you need one, you can find it on your tables.
