En route to Marina Bay Sands, we found out that Helix Bridge was closed because of a celebration that day. So we took a detour to the nearest taxi stand and we found ourselves savoring the atmosphere and feasting our eyes on gustatory delights of Makansutra Gluttons Bay.
Makansutra Gluttons Bay is basically a hawker center that showcases the best and must-try food when in Singapore such as chili crabs, sambal stingray, teh tarik, satay, barbecue chicken wings, oyster omelet, etc. Makan means “to eat” and sutra means “guide”, hence a food guide of some sort for diners in Singapore.
So enough of my babble, since Jeff is so fond of making videos, he made me a short walking video tour of Makansutra Gluttons Bay, enjoy!
I love eating here and people watching too…so many different kinds of people are here.
