The Travel Club Trade-in Sale at Trinoma

We were at The Travel Club at Trinoma yesterday and we’re surprised with the number of luggages inside the store. That’s when we found out that they’re having a Trade-in Sale! Good news for all of us traveholics, time to exchange our luggages with Samsonite ones and travel in style. This promo is from October 11-17, 2010 only.

Surrender your old luggage or bags and avail of great discounts (up to 50% off) on brands like Delsey, World Traveller, Eagle Creek, Jansport, Eastpak, Hedgren among others  when you trade them in your old luggage or bags.

Traded-in items that are still in good condition will be donated to first-time OFWs.

Promo Mechanics:

1. Any customer may bring his/her old luggage or bags (business case/laptop case/messenger bag/shoulder bag/duffle bag/backpack), and exchange it for special discounts on the featured products (luggage & bags) for trade-in available at the Store/Venue. (Note: Luggage or bags of any brand, in any condition are acceptable.)
2.  A customer who brings in an old luggage or bag may be entitled to a thirty percent (30%) to up to fifty percent (50%) discount on the featured products available at the store/venue (depending on the collection). The 30% to 50% discount for the featured brands will not be applicable for use on regular-priced items or any other products available at the store.
3.  If a customer traded-in a luggage, he/she may only buy a luggage (any bag product with at least 2 wheels will be considered a luggage).  If customer traded-in a bag (business case/laptop case/messenger bag/shoulder bag/duffle bag/backpack), he/she may only purchase bags.  Items may not be interchanged.  Trade-in of products will be on a one (1) is to one (1) basis.
4. If the customer traded-in two (2) items but was only able to choose one (1) item to purchase, the customer may opt to retrieve one of the bags/luggage surrendered for trade-in or have it replaced with a Special Discount Coupon (SDC) of 15% which may be used to purchase regular-priced items at the store.
5. If a customer traded-in a luggage and wishes to purchase a bag, the 30% to 50% discount (depending on the collection) may be availed of. However if a customer traded-in a bag (business case/laptop/messenger bag, shoulder bag/duffle bag/backpack) and wishes to purchase a luggage, the discount that can be availed of by the customer is only 20% (for those at 30% discount) or 40% (those at 50% discount) depending on the collection.
6. If a customer comes to the store/venue without any item/s for trade-in, he/she will not be qualified to avail of any discounts on the featured products for Trade-in at the venue.
7. Upon entry to the Trade-in venue, a Customer must surrender the trade-in item/s to the authorized store representative and exchange it for Special Number Tag (SNT). Note: Special Number Tags will serve as basis in determining the item/s surrendered by the customer for trade-in.  The Special Number Tag will also indicate the kind and quantity of items traded-in. No Special Number Tag (SNT), No Discount.
8. All Special Number Tags will only be given at the counter area by Authorized Store Representatives upon entrance to the store premises with their trade-in item/s.
9. Special Number Tags released to customers are only valid for use on the duration of the trade-in sale event when the SNTs are released.
10. When selection from the featured items for trade-in has been made, the Customer must proceed to the Cashier Counter to pay for the items chosen. Special Number Tags must first be surrendered to the Cashier Counter when paying for the items.
11. Payment for the items chosen may be in the form of cash or credit card.
12. If a customer  (with trade-in items) is unable to choose any item from the product selection at the venue, the discount tags may be exchanged at the reception for a Special Discount Coupon – 15% discount which may be used to purchase regular-priced items at the Trade-in Sale Event venue only.
13. Special Discount Coupons (SDC) of 15% given during the Trade-in Sale Event at The Travel Club TriNoma shall be valid until November 15, 2010 may be used in the said store only. The SDC is not valid for use on consigned products/items at the Store.
14. Coverage: Promotion runs from October 11, 2010 until October 17, 2010 at The Travel Club TriNoma only.
