Share your customer service experience in Singapore

Last week, Nuffnang conducted a contest entitled Uniquely Singapore sponsored by Pringles wherein bloggers have to write about their planned 1-day itinerary if given the chance to fly to Singapore. Unfortunately, my entry didn’t win because I know there are a lot of more deserving entries. I just gave it a shot, so there. I checked out various websites suggesting different Singapore itineraries and a must-do lists for tourists. While I was browsing for tourist attractions in Singapore, I sighted the Are You Being Served? website that primarily focuses on customer service in Singapore. The website is backed up by a Service Squad team who are out on a mission to share their good and bad customer services on different establishments in Singapore. Consumers can also take part by sending their personal experiences from a restaurant, boutique, bank, etc…

So if you’re a Singapore resident and had a remarkable customer service experience, good or bad, share it to let the others know. It will also help if you take note of the name of the staff members of the establishment so that he/she will be given proper recognition for a job well done or proper customer training in case he/she needs one.  Tourists can participate and send their experiences too. I should share this website to Filipino Nuffnangers headed to Singapore next week.

Indulge in the Uniquely Singapore experience

It was December 2006 when I first set foot in the land of Singapore. Singapore is one country closest to my heart because Papa worked here for a long time being a seafarer and since then, I always hear his stories and see his photos from Singapore. So when Papa gave us tickets to travel in Singapore for 4 days together with my Aunt and mother, I was ecstatic! It was raining on most days while we’re there but that didn’t stop us from exploring this beautiful country. The three of us enjoyed Sentosa, Little India and Orchard Malls shopping.
