SM Supermalls has released its mobile app to give shoppers a more enjoyable experience. Whether you’re dining out, shopping, or watching movies, SM Supermalls is the one mobile app you’ll ever need before you set foot in any SM malls nationwide.
Last November 6, 2015, DJ Jennifer Lee pumped up the scene while guests eagerly awaited the launch of SM Supermalls mobile app.
The mobile app’s interface was inspired by FB and Instagram, apps mostly used by social media savvy, fashion-forward millenials. It has a Feed page that is updated daily for the latest store offerings, discounts and promos, services, as well as movies and events in over 50 SM malls nationwide.
I frequently shop at SM North Edsa and SM Mall of Asia. Now, these two malls are huge and if you don’t carefully plan where to go first, you’ll end up with an aching feet before you finish all your errands. I love the app’s navigation tool that features a Mall Map and Mall Directory. The Mall Directory provides a complete list of establishments in SM Malls while the Mall Map shows the exact location of all stores as well as mall facilities such as restrooms, ATMs, parking, and Global Pinoy Centers.
I can say that developers of this app put themselves in a shopper’s shoes because even the tiniest concern of a mall-goer was dealt with. You know what that is? PARKING. First of all, I love SM’s parking layout, complete with the sensors that are really a big help. It’s a real turn-off if a mall has a maze-like parking layout. Anyway, back to the app, after you parked your car, you can save the details of your parking spot so you won’t forget it after a tiring day at the mall.
Really cool! But I wish they can further enhance the Parking feature so that it can show the available parking spaces and its location so that users can save time looking for it.
Download the SM Supermalls app for free through Google Play and the Apple App Store and you got yourself a new shopping buddy.
