Southerners can now have their sweet cravings satisfied as Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory opened its second cafe in Molito Alabang. What perfect timing because you can now give premium chocolates as gifts from the world-renowned chocolatier.
Hand-dipped caramel apples!
From 1981 until today, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory has built a loyal international following based on its high quality products. People around the world love Rocky Mountain because of its wide array of products to choose from. Its stores offer everything from caramel apples, to truffles, frozen dipped bananas and even chocolate covered potato chips!

Since this is a cafe, they will serve signature beverages as well as new offerings which are exclusive to this first store in the south. One of which is this Signature Chocolate Shots which is available only on weekends. Huge sweet strawberry sits on top of light cream and Rocky Mountain Chocolate.

Other offerings include Signature Triple Chocolate Soft Serve, Chocolate Lava Cake, Brownie Ala Mode, Sandwiches, and Pies.
I was curious on how caramel apples were made, good thing our friends from Rocky Mountain not only showed us how they lovingly made the caramel apples but they also let us make our own.
