Korean fusion restaurant, Chef’s Noodle, opens their newest branch at Ayala Fairview Terraces. Korean cuisine lovers at this side of the metro can now enjoy Korean dishes developed by award-winning Korean celebrity chef, Choi in Sun.
Check out the interiors of this branch, it’s modern Asian with a cozy ambiance.
The newest branch’s opening was graced by Chef’s Noodle Philippines endorser Sam Concepcion along with the VIPs such as MMDA Chairman Francis Tolentino, Carlo Orosa, and Arnold Vegafria.
Chef’s Noodle Philippines offers delectable yet reasonably priced selection of Korean fare. Some notable menu items include, the restaurant’s specialty, the Starking Fire Sushi (choice of Australian beef, shrimp or tuna), Bulgogi Kimbap, Leek and Shrimp Twigim, Seafood Pajun, Bibimbap, Ddukbokki Carbonara, Curry Dupbap, Kas Basket, Spicy Pork Dupbap, the house special, Chef’s Noodle, as well as special desserts that are unique to Chef’s Noodle Philippines.
We were served with Bulgogi Kimbap as an appetizer at the event. It’s a rice roll similar to a Japanese sushi.

Another appetizer is the Shrimp Twigim. Korean version of the famous tempura dish lightly coated with seasoned twigim mix and fried until tender.

Their Bibimbap is very filling with generous amounts of beef and veggies.

My favorite dish served to us during the event was this Spicy Pork. The meat is thinly sliced so that it just almost melts in your mouth while the spiciness of sauce explodes in your mouth. In the menu, look for Spicy Pork Dupbap, it is served with rice.
