Let us all pray for the safety of Ces Drilon, and two other crews, Jimmy Encarnacion and Angelo Valderama. A professor from Mindanao State University, Octavio Dinampo, who was with the ABS-CBN news team was also kidnapped. The news team was reportedly missing since Saturday, June 7, 2008.
I admire Ces Drilon and I believe she’s really brave enough just to go to Mindanao to bring in the latest news. There’s really a price you have to pay and great dangers awaits the lives of reporters. Again, let us all pray for their safety.
