What’s smokin’ at RACKS: Smoked Spring Chicken

RACKS Megamall has a spankin’ new look, it has the same Western style decor of their Timog branch. They have also relocated to the 4th level of SM Megamall, Bldg. A, beside Tenya Philippines.

But hold your horses because another treat is smokin’ at RACKS…

RACKS Smoked Spring Chicken

Served with fresh greens and corn on the cob, the all-new Smoked Spring Chicken is a lip-smackin’ treat especially for chicken lovers out there! The chicken is thoroughly grilled over hickory wood until the meat is so tender, it simply falls off the bone. Because they used spring chicken, the meat is juicier and absorbed the unique marination and smoking process better.

I really love the buttery and smoky combination of the meat, it tastes even better when paired with the Alabama white sauce.

What’s a meal at RACKS without their famous falls-off-the-bone ribs.

Their Onion Brick, hailed as the Best Onion Rings in town by Spot.ph should always be on the table.

Everything at RACKS is delicious, even their salad, try this Salad with Blackened Chicken Strips.

My staple dessert at RACKS is the Mississippi Mud Pie, because you can’t go wrong with chocolate, right?

But it’s a good thing I was able to try their cheesecakes. The blueberry- and raspberry-topped cheesecake sent me to dessert heaven. They look like a mini but they’re like cheese bombs that explode in your mouth. This is one thing I don’t want to share hahaha

It’s always a great time dining at RACKS especially when you’re with your friends and kids.
