Complete list of Philippine Holidays 2013

Pinoys can start planning early with their 2013 vacations as PNoy issued the complete list of holidays for 2013 as per Proclamation No. 459.

Dates for Eid’l Fitr and Eidul Adha are not yet announced, it will be issued after the approximate dates of the Islamic holidays have been determined in accordance with the Islamic calendar (Hijra) or the lunar calendar, or upon Islamic astronomical calculations, whichever is possible or convenient.

September 7, 21 declared as NON-working holidays

Another 2 long-weekend this September.  September 21 was declared as non-working holiday for the observance of Eid’l Fitr (End of Ramadan), which means the end of holy month of fasting.

This afternoon, another announcement made by Pres. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo declaring September 7, 2009 as National Day of Mourning for Iglesia ni Cristo Executive Minister Eraño “Ka Erdy” Manalo.
