Aside from Jovit Baldivino, there’s another Pilipinas Got Talent contestant that was featured in TV shows abroad. Joel Amper aka Big Mouth (BM) sang Banal Na Aso, Santong Kabayo as his talent with some insertions of various animal sounds like birds, monkey and a horse. I actually thought that the horse sound is just a recording because it’s so real. Watch Big Mouth on Pilipinas Got Talent below:
Sex and the City 2 official trailer has a new version in HD. I’ve been looking forward to watch the SATC girls all over again after learning that there will be a Sex and the City 2 movie. And guess what, Aidan Shaw is back! But I’m still Team Carrie-Mr. Big!
Watch Jovit Baldivino sing his own rendition of Faithfully by Journey in the Batangas auditions of Pilipinas Got Talent. It’s only the start of this new show but discoveries of talented Pinoys are overwhelming, indeed, Pilipinas Got Talent, Pinoys got talent! One of them is Jovit Baldivino, a 16-year-old from Batangas. After singing Journey’s Faithfully and after Ai-Ai cried with his rendition, he was then compared to Arnel Pineda. He also reminds of Britain’s Got Talent YouTube sensation Susan Boyle. Great things come in small and unexpected packages.
If you’re not familiar with Jovit Baldivino, watch Jovit Baldivino’s YouTube video below and be impressed…
Oh, tonight is the premier night of Miss You Like Crazy starring John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo. The movie trailer looks promising, and I want to see a glimpse of Malaysia. Hmmm, I have two cinema tickets from the office but I hope I can convince Jeff to watch this movie.
Lloydie really transforms into handsome-ness on-screen… And Bea is pretty as always…
Watch Miss You Like Crazy movie trailer below, tell me what do you think will be the ending???
Lady Gaga bags three major awards and Lady Gaga’s performance is a show-stopper at the Brit Awards. She won International Breakthrough Act, International Album and International Female Solo Artist. She’s always a scene-stealer not only with her performance but with her fashion sense. Lady Gaga’s tiered outfit and Marie-Antoinette-on-steroids wig at the UK Brits below:
Pink’s performance of “Glitter in the Air” at the 2010 Grammy Awards wowed the crowd. She made a breathtaking performance by doing an acrobatic number complete with water dripping above. A very powerful number!
Cebu dancing inmates does it again, this time they dance to the tune of “Drill” and “They Don’t Really Care About Us”. The dance routines were taught by Michael Jackson’s choreographers Travis Payne, Daniel Celebre and Dres Reid. The video was filmed by Sony Pictures to be included in the “This Is It” DVD.
Be amazed, I’m proud with the Cebu Dancing inmates…
The Killers Asia Tour concerts which includes Singapore, Beijing, Hong Kong, Manila, Tokyo and Seoul will no longer push though. Sad news for those who already bought tickets and are excited for the The Killers Live in Manila concert.
Here’s the press release from Live Nation:
Boys Over Flowers is back! Thanks to ABS-CBN for moving the show at primetime so I can watch it again, yey! After gushing a lot about my favorite episodes in BOF especially the Boys Over Flowers in Macau, I just found a beautiful necklace similar to what Goo Jun Pyo gave to Jan Di that makes me want it so bad! It’s the Kissing Star necklace made by Stonehenge, a Korean company, and costs a whopping 238,000 Korean Won or 203 US dollars.
It’s expensive because it’s made of sterling silver but some folks made a replica hence BOF fans can get it at a cheaper price. The replica necklace is priced at 5.90 Singapore dollars or 4.2 US dollars.
I’m not sure of the quality though because I’m still deciding if I’ll push through with my purchase. I’ll keep you updated if I ordered or if I find a local seller here in the Philippines.
Thumbs up for the new RC Cola TV commercial featuring the Boys Over Flowers star Kim Bum and Maja Salvador. Kim Bum played the role of So Yi Jung in Boys Over Flowers while Maja Salvador is the current endorser of RC Cola. I love the dreamy feel of the commercial that reminds me of Koreanovelas that Filipinos are very fond of. The commercial premiered last Sunday but I wasn’t able to watch it, thanks to YouTube and the one who recorded and uploaded the video, SuperMika09 and Starmometer. Enjoy watching…
