Clean as you go

I was at the mall yesterday to do some grocery when I decided to drop by Japan Home. Japan Home is a cheapskate’s haven because everything is sold at Php 88 or Php 66. Items offered ranges from kitchen wares, office supplies, gardening tools, craft supplies and other knick knacks for the house. But what really caught my attention is the slipper with a rag-like sole, aptly called “cleaning slipper”.

While browsing at Amazon, I also found this cleaning slipper, it’s called Dust Mop Slippers and sold at $ 4.99. Japan Home’s version is definitely a steal at Php 88 only.

The phrase “clean as you go” fits the cleaning slipper, right?

  2. this is nice.. because even if you just “walk” you’ll be cleaning the house..

I like Japan Home.. You can buy a lot of goodies at P88.. They used to sell, LCD Screen guards which cost a leg and an arm at cel shops, so that’s a bonus.. I bought 4 haha and stocked up, (that would’ve allowed me to buy 1 in a cel shop)..

and they have nice “tupperware” like goodies…

  3. Yup, Abi, those tupperware like goodies are good buys, I bought lots of those because they’re cute and ended up storing them because I still have no use for them 🙂

  5. this morning when i first saw your title at ym, i thought your post was about like the fast food restos or coffee shops here that crews don’t follow customers around cleaning after them… we clean here before we go… everybody is expected to cooperate and be disciplined…haha.. extra expensive nga dito eh compared jan, but you still have to do things like cleaning and fixing before going out…

  6. @jehan, I won’t pay for my food in a resto and then I’ll do the cleaning pa… hehe. Buti na lang dito kahit sa carinderia pa, may taga-linis. 🙂

  9. I have these slippers too!!! But I can’t wear them now because I’m pregnant and I might slip. *L* Got my pair from Japan Home Center too. And you’re right — they ARE a steal at P88!
