Laser liposuction at Sono Bello

For the past years, undergoing liposuction seems to be unappealing to some women because of the discomfort, the kind of procedure, the unsatisfactory results and sometimes life-and-death situations. But thanks to technology and the liposuction procedures and techniques have improved. At Sono Bello, they have what they call as Laser Liposuction or Laser Assisted Body Sculpting. It’s different with the traditional liposuction because aside from fat removal, laser liposuction helps in contouring and sculpting your body shape. Laser also helps in skin tightening on the treated area.  If I can afford the laser liposuction cost, I would definitely give this a try to target a certain portion of my tummy which is my problem area for the longest time.

One treatment at Sono Bello that I also want to try is Vela Shape. Vela Shape helps in getting rid of those ugly cellulites in a non-surgical manner. Perfect for people like me who sits all day in the office hence the appearance of fat deposits on my thighs and hips.

If you live in the US, they have branches in 7 different states, you can also call them for free consultation and to inquire about more liposuction price. It is very important to consult a doctor first before undergoing any procedure, Sono Bello’s physicians are ready to help you out in achieving that sexy body you want.

Exercises for back pain

I am in dire need of a massage! I’ve been persuading Jeff for us to have a couple’s massage but he’s really not a fan of going to the spa. Well, he loves massages too but he’s not comfortable having it done with a masseuse. So I’m his personal masseuse, tsk tsk tsk! He’ll just wait for me at the spa while he lounges at their snack bar if there’s any. Since last week, I’m experiencing pains on my left shoulder and my lower back. And since I don’t have time to go to the spa yet, I just tried these exercises for back pain I found online.

Running with an umbrella? Safety tips on running during the rainy season

We all know that rainy season is the time when all you want is to stay in bed and be a couch potato. Like me, all I want is to eat, sleep and stay inside the house. But for some health buffs, rainy season should not hinder you from working out. If you’re really determined to work out, you wouldn’t let nature get in your way to fitness. With this in mind, Jeff and I decided to resume our running stint in UP. The UP Academic Oval is runner-friendly and biker-friendly because a separate lane is dedicated for such activity. Unfortunately, on my last lap, rain poured and I was drenched because I can’t run fast enough to get to the parking area. I also saw players from the baseball field carrying their baseball bats, gloves, and batting equipment, the rain also ruined their practice. So what to do? Should you carry an umbrella while running?

I started out with organic shampoo

Green living is catching up in the Philippines today. A lot of people are now becoming health-conscious and are mindful of what they take inside their body. These are positive signs that people are now doing wise choices both for their body and also for the environment. Why go organic? Organic products do not contain harmful chemicals and pesticides which can cause cancer and other health problems. Organic products do not evade the balance of our environment, by eliminating the use of pesticides, it promotes healthy soil and protects our water resources from contamination. Going organic is a win-win situation for everybody.

Personally, I’m slowly changing my ways too. When I go to the supermarket, I check on the labels and when I see something that’s organic, I choose them over other commercial products. I want to go the Salcedo Saturday Market one of these days for more varieties of organic vegetables and other products. The scope of organic products does not only pertains to the food that we eat. We should also keep in mind that what we apply in our skin will also find its way inside our body. Parabens, SLES, phthalates and petrochemicals which are commonly found in shampoos and personal care products are found to be carcinogenic. Thankfully, a lot of companies are now making more organic body care products and I’m one of those who started using them.
