Last month was my birthday month and I received a package from Vince and Rhoda. It’s a boxful of Villa del Conte Chocolates! This chocolate lover in me was so delighted to open a box of chocolate treasures.
Villa del Conte is a rurale local in Padova, Italy where these artisanal chocolates came from. These chocolates started 75 years ago and has passed 3 generations.
The box has an assortment of chocolates, the wrapper’s colors indicates their flavors. It’s also a mix of Praline Balls and Praline Sticks. I got really curious on the names of each flavors of Villa del Conte chocolates so I looked them up in their website.

My favorite praline ball flavor is the one with dark chocolate with coffee cream filling, it literally melts in your mouth.

I like three flavors of these praline sticks: dark chocolate with orange cream filling, milk chocolate with strawberry cream filling, and dark chocolate with mint cream filling.
