Swish your way to fresh breath

Published by at 1:32 am under health

For someone who loves dining out and traveling, I always carry something that will freshen up my breath. Though my kikay kit also contains my toothbrush and toothpaste, sometimes the situation doesn’t permit me to brush my teeth like if I’m in an event or during a lunch/dinner meeting or when I’m in a long drive. So mints, gums, and mouthwash are what I use for that instant fresh breath.

Recently, I discovered that aside from food like onions and garlic, alcohol-based mouthwash can also cause bad breath. Seems logical to me because alcoholic drinks can cause bad breath too. The solution, switch to alcohol-free mouthwash like Swish.

I have a strong liking to everything minty when it comes to toothpastes and mouthwashes. Between Peppermint Fresh (green) and Arctic Chill (blue), I prefer Arctic Chill, it’s mintier hence my mouth feels more refreshed. I can feel the minty sensation in my mouth without the stinging effect. And it tastes good too, no bad after-taste.

Swish mouthwash is ready to use, gargle anytime you want fresh breath. To make it more handy, they now have Swish Breath Spray. It’s still alcohol free and also comes in Peppermint Fresh and Arctic Chill. This is perfect when traveling or going out on a date because it’s small, just put it in your pocket or purse and swish your way to fresh breath anytime, anywhere.

I still haven’t tried Swish ’cause we use a different brand at home. I’m not sure though if the one we’re using is alcohol-free or not. Anyway, I’ll try to get a hold of Swish on my next trip to the grocery.. :D

It seems this is a new brand, I also carry mouthwash on my travel pouch. This size is good, very easy to carry.
