After a rainy spell last week, this weekend’s temperature is back to being hot and sometimes humid. As much as I would like to abuse the air conditioner in our room, I’m afraid of the rising cost of electricity so we only use it at night. To beat the heat during the day, the good ol’ ice cold water, fruit juices, fruit shakes, ice cream and other ice coolers will suffice. Taking a shower at least 2 times a day will also keep you fresh and cool.
