Exercises for back pain
I am in dire need of a massage! I’ve been persuading Jeff for us to have a couple’s massage but he’s really not a fan of going to the spa. Well, he loves massages too but he’s not comfortable having it done with a masseuse. So I’m his personal masseuse, tsk tsk tsk! He’ll just wait for me at the spa while he lounges at their snack bar if there’s any. Since last week, I’m experiencing pains on my left shoulder and my lower back. And since I don’t have time to go to the spa yet, I just tried these exercises for back pain I found online.

I tried some of the exercises and it somehow alleviated my back pain. The steps provided online are easy-to-follow even without supervision. If you’re having difficulties, the site also provides online videos to demonstrate the proper techniques and posture. The back exercises can be done during a break from work especially if you sit in front of the PC all day long. That’s what I’ll do starting tomorrow, and oh, don’t forget to maintain proper body posture while working!
